The Fiilis youth station offers services for 12-29 year olds.

Appointments at the Youth Station can be booked by phone call and SMS. Clients over 18 years old are asked to fill in the therapy navigator and bring the code with them to the first visit. The first visit to the youth station is a mapping visit to assess the need for services. After the first visit, the client will, if necessary, be given a personal contact at the youth center or referred to another service if the need for services is different from what the youth center offers. In some cases, this assessment can be made during the telephone contact.
To whom and on what terms
Age group 12-29 years old. Third stage students are referred to the FSHS in mental health matters.

The Fiilis Youth Station offers basic services for 12-29 year olds with a focus on supporting life skills, preventing and treating mental health problems. We offer counseling, guidance and individual support sessions. Our services are confidential, voluntary and free of charge for clients. No referral is required for our services.
We offer help with challenging life situations and crises and with mental health problems. You can contact us if you have, for example, symptoms of depression, anxiety, difficulty sleeping or falling asleep, or if you are worried about your own situation or that of a loved one. We will help you if you are having difficulties at school or in your studies, if there are problems in your circle of friends or if you are worried about the future.
