If you need a comprehensive service to support your employment, you can get help from multisectoral services.
To whom and on what terms
If you are unemployed and your employment situation could be improved by using labour, social, health and rehabilitation services, the employment authority, wellbeing services county or the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela) can direct you to a multisectoral assessment of service needs.
You can use the joint service for multisectoral support promoting the employment of young people if you are under the age of 30. You can also use the low-threshold service anonymously.

Employment Services electronic service
We recommend using Job Market Finland’s E-services online platform. It is the fastest and most convenient way to handle employment services. When logged in, you can, for example, register as a job seeker and submit a contact request.
To log in, you’ll need online banking credentials, a mobile certificate, or a chipped ID card. You must be a citizen of an EU or EEA country or Switzerland.
If you cannot use the E-services online platform, contact us by phone or visit our service point in person.

From the Ostrobothnia Employment Services telephone service, you can get advice on employment services for job seekers in our area.
Call charges: Calls from an Elisa subscription to Ostrobothnia Employment Services' 06-numbers are charged according to Elisa’s own pricing. For other operators, pricing is determined by the subscription terms, and the call may be free if included in a call package.
