MIELI Crisis Helpline is available in English on Mondays (4 pm to 8 pm) and Thursdays – Fridays (9 am to 1 pm) at 0925250116 to enable people to connect with a crisis worker or trained volunteer. You can call us anonymously and confidentially.

MIELI Crisis Helpline can help you if
- your life has just changed and you are suffering
- you have gone through a traumatic event
- you feel you are unable to cope with your fear, anxiety or grief on your own
- you are having self-destructive thoughts, or
- you are worried about a loved one.
