If you live in Vaasa or Laihia, you can book a telephone appointment online. It is possible to schedule a phone appointment for non-urgent healthcare assessment until the next working day. The healthcare provider will call you at the number you provided when making the appointment.

The available appointment times are between Tuesday and Thursday. The times become available in the system at 4:00 PM the day before. For example, Tuesday's times can be booked after 4:00 PM on Monday. If your matter is urgent, please call the customer service center during business hours.
This service will gradually expand to cover the entire welfare area.
