At the Contraception Clinic we want to maintain and promote your sexual health. Our services are provided for both adolescents and adults.
Payment for non-cancelled or booking cancelled late
You must cancel your appointment no later than the previous working day. For late cancellations or no-show appointments, we withhold the right to charge a fee according to our current pricing policy. The fee is charged to everyone over the age of 18. No fee is charged, if there is a valid reason for not cancelling the appointment, such as a medical certificate.

Contraception telephone counselling
You can contact the contraception clinic by phone. We provide telephone services to all contraception clinic customers for appointments and advice. Customers can wait on hold or leave a call-back request, and we will call them back on the same day. Clients can also book an electronic appointment for the contraception clinics staff. We handle these booked electronic appointments on the same day.
